Signed out everywhere
Your active sessions end on every device soon after you request deletion. Already-issued access tokens may remain valid until they expire, normally within about an hour.

Delete your CarGain account.
Request account deletion in CarGain under Settings → Privacy and data → Delete my account. You may also contact us if you cannot sign in. Once accepted, the request starts a 30-day grace period. Signing in during that period cancels the request. Deleting your CarGain account does not cancel a subscription purchased through an app store; manage it in the store where you purchased it. Fastest way
Delete it in the app.
If you can still sign in, deleting from the app is the quickest way and keeps you in control.

Open Settings
Launch CarGain and go to Settings → Privacy and data.

Tap “Delete account”
It's in Privacy and data, near the bottom of the section.

Confirm it's you
Email accounts re-enter their password. Other sign-in methods proceed to the final slide confirmation. That's it — the 30-day grace period starts.
What happens next
A 30-day grace period.
Deleting doesn't wipe your data on the spot. You get a month to change your mind.
Kept for 30 days
Your records are held for 30 days after the request. Signing in during that period cancels the deletion and restores your access.
Changed your mind?
Just sign back in within 30 days. That cancels the deletion and restores your access to your records.
Then it's permanent
After 30 days, your CarGain account and associated cloud records are removed. Some limited data may be retained where required by law, billing, or fraud-prevention obligations, or where a service provider holds data on their own infrastructure under their own retention rules.
What gets deleted
Records tied to your account.
When the 30 days are up, your CarGain account and the records you created in the app are permanently removed:
- Your vehicles and their details
- Every driving session and its history
- All income and expense entries
- Custom expense categories and platforms
- Your account, profile, and sign-in identity
Deleting your CarGain account does not erase data held by independent third-party services. Contact those services directly where applicable.
About CarGain Pro
Deleting your account does not cancel a CarGain Pro subscription. Subscriptions are billed by the App Store or Google Play — cancel there as well, or billing continues.
