1. Accounts and Service

CarGain helps professional drivers record and review work, income, expenses, tips, mileage, vehicles, and reports. Features may vary by platform, region, subscription, and App version.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for your account credentials, account activity, and the accuracy of information you provide.

2. Your Records

You retain ownership of records and content you create in the App. You allow us to store, process, and display them only as needed to provide the service. You are responsible for their accuracy and legality and for keeping any copies you need.

3. Subscriptions

Some features require a mobile subscription. Before purchase, the paywall and the app store purchase sheet show the included features, access period, price, billing period, and any trial or offer terms.

• The app store processes payments. We do not receive full payment-card details.
• Subscriptions renew unless cancelled within the deadline shown by the store.
• Manage or cancel a subscription through the store where you purchased it.
• Refunds are handled by that store under its policies.
• A history-access limit controls what your plan displays; it does not mean older records have been deleted.
• Deleting your CarGain account does not cancel a subscription.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use the App unlawfully, access another person's account or data, interfere with the service or its security, abuse it through automation, or resell it without permission. You must not reverse engineer or bypass technical restrictions except where permitted by applicable law.

5. Financial Disclaimer

CarGain is a record-keeping tool, not accounting, tax, financial, investment, or legal advice. Reports and calculations may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying them and meeting your own legal and reporting obligations.

6. Privacy and Third-Party Services

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. The App depends on services for hosting, authentication, payments, subscriptions, diagnostics, optional analytics and session replay, weather, security, and App updates, and customer support, including Telegram if you choose to contact us there.

Specific providers may change, and their own terms may apply.

7. Ownership, Availability, and Liability

The App's software, design, branding, and content, excluding your records, are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for your own professional record-keeping.

To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid during the 12 months before the claim or the minimum required by law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Ending Use and Account Deletion

You may stop using the App at any time. Request account deletion from Settings → Privacy and data → Delete my account. A request can be submitted at any time, even while an app-store subscription is still active. Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription — manage or cancel it in the store where you purchased it.

An accepted request starts a 30-day grace period. Signing in during that period cancels it. Afterward, the account and associated cloud records are deleted. We retain subscription purchase and entitlement information for an additional 3 months, as described in the Privacy Policy. The App also clears the local data associated with your account on this device when you submit the request.

We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, a security risk, a legal requirement, or discontinuation of the service.

9. Changes and Governing Law

We may update these Terms when the App or legal requirements change. Material changes will be made visible where required.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
